Itchy labels sewn within the hem

Quality is good, but I had to ruin the hem around the neck of so many items now because they sew itchy labels within the hem and had to cut off the stitches in order to remove it.

Scammers, rude customer service in Germany

I did place an order by $528 from desigual Germany, went to ups store to pick up my packet,was advised that package is damaged and sent back to desigual Germany, have the email proof from ups,trying to contact them many times by email,chat and phone,rudly they don't check the status with ups,asking me which items I received?! super rude ,not concerning,regret paying them my money,scammers

Warning - returns and customer service are terrible.

I received two pairs of jeans that did not fit properly. I used the UPS returnlabel from Desigual and dropped off the package with UPS on August 21st. Two weeks later I decided to check on the deliviery, and found that the package was stuck somewhere on route. I wrote Desigual - no reply. I called UPS, who told me that Desigual needs to search/file a complaint about the package, as it is their UPS label. I have tried to contact Desigual by email and messenger, but I get no reply. I am now worried that my money is lost!

The items -I have purchased- are far cry from the photos on their website. Not impressed at all. Returning and refunding is a real nightmare. I would never buy from Desigual again.

Prompt refund

Although the top I ordered was unsuitable (far too short for me!), returns process was straightforward, and refund was prompt.
I had been concerned it would be hassle to get my money back, given a lot of reviews on here. But no issue this time..

Terrible quality - my bag started to fall apart on second use

I bought a backpack in the sale which looked beautiful and was reduced from £109 to just under £50. I couldn't wait to get it in the post but was so disappointed when it completely disintegrated on the second use. The stitching started coming loose in several places and the zip completely came off! Which is definitely not what should be happening with an expensive bag. Since then I've read other reviews, seems to be a common experience unfortunately. I've requested a refund and waiting to hear from them now.

Useless customer service

I am dealing with a purchase for almost 2 months. First the order took forever to be delivered and every time I contacted the customer service they would say that they were busy and I should wait. Once it finally got delivered, I returned the order and now they are taking forever to refund me. When I email them, comes an automatic response saying that they will get back to me in 24 hours that actually means a week. And when they finally get back to me, they ask a hundred questions that they could totally get from my order #. Terrible business. But I also would like to highlight that Desigual didn't use to be like this, what makes me very upset.

I adore Desigual

I adore Desigual. Models for this year were not suitable for my shape, so I was a bit dissapointed. They were more for slender people. Please return some of your classic models.
We have only one store in Belgrade, so please cosider opening one more in Novi Sad, Serbia. Thanks! And keep up the extraordinary work!

Bitterly disappointing

Well all i know about Desigual was high quality because back in 2015 i bought a pair of jeans in Italy shop in person and it last for ever.
Now i'm in Canada and i saw online this beautifully designed T-shirts and Sweaters then i ordered a couple. It arrived too late i was so excited but was smelling as if it was printed right before they packed it, so i was reading instructions how to wash it i saw the sweater collar was unsewn at the back, i took that to the sewist and the other t-shirt collar come out all wrinkled without even one wear. So disappointed i spend almost 300$ for three pieces and quality zero, listen shopping on Wish have a higher quality than the stuff I received. Don't know what happened to them. And they purposely disabled rating on their website that's another red alert. So guys what I learned today is never buy products online without a significant amount of ratings.
Now thanks to all this comments on this site I don't even bother myself for returning, i thanks God for not paying all the stuff i had in my carts lol

No options for cancellation

I ordered a pair of clearance pants. 10 days later I checked on the order, it said delivered. When I questioned this, they said they had not shipped it yet and that was an error, and could not give me a shipping date. I asked for cancellation and they refused, saying their system doesn't allow modifications to orders including cancellations. So beware; if you change your mind or they don't ship for a long time, your money will be stuck (unless you use MasterCard or PayPal to get the refund). I'll never shop with this business again - poor business practices and just too risky!

Thank God I made my purchase through Pay Pal. Pay Pal doesn't play. They will notify the vendor and if they vendor doesn't respond in 3 days, Pay Pal will refund you your cash and reverse the charge to the vendor.

They will eventually refund your money but it could take ages And you'll probably have to chase that up on a regular basis. I did get a refund on a pair of boots i bought but after 2 months, 5 phone call And a dozen of emails. Good luck!
